These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AyaCart, a service provided by Ayatickets Ltd. By accessing or using AyaCart, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

You may use AyaCart only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a store on AyaCart.
• You agree not to use AyaCart for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and to keep your password secure.

• Each account is personal and must not be shared.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

3. Store Content & Listings

You are fully responsible for the content you post in your store, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

• You must not post false or misleading information.
• All listings must comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations.
• AyaCart reserves the right to remove any content that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Payments & Commissions

Stores on AyaCart may accept Mobile Money, card payments, or other available payment methods.

• The Free Plan is commission-free. Paid plans are subscription-based.
• We do not store sensitive payment data; transactions are handled by secure third-party processors.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features are available under paid subscription plans (Standard and Premium).

• Subscription fees are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of service access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate any of these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AyaCart (except for user-uploaded content) is the property of Ayatickets Ltd. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AyaCart is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

Ayatickets Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
